Ordering & Delivery Information

ORDERING PROCESS

All orders will be processed the same day and if ordered before 1pm will be dispatched that day (excluding sat/sun)

Any orders containing items on Backorder will take 1 extra day to arrive as we will order it into the shop for the next morning and dispatch your order the same day.

Tracking information for applicable shipping methods will be sent via email and will be available from your account page if you choose to create an account when checking out.

Credit Card transactions will be displayed on your bank statement as FPM or FPM NOTTS.

All orders will be shipped in unmarked plain box’s or bags.

HEAVY SHIPMENTS

Some products such as large Carbon Filter’s, Tents, Box Fans and Multi-Pot Grow Systems can be too Heavy or Expensive to ship using traditional shipping in these cases we have 3 options:

We can split the order into multiple parcels but this will increase the delivery cost.

We can load your order on to a pallet for £50 if your have adequate space for a HGV to unload your pallet.

You can pick the order up from our retail unit based in Nottingham City center, We have parking right in front of our store and our staff can discreetly package/wrap you order and load your vehicle if you wish.
